Exception:
A copy of Power of Attorney is the ONLY document in California that we may certify. Certification means that the copy was examined and compared to the Original Power of Attorney by the Notary Public and it is an exact duplicate of the original Power of Attorney, and have the same force and effect as the original.

According to the Secretary of State of California rules and regulations, Californian Notaries are not authorized to perform notarization for:
1. The Will, unless it is requested in writing by an Legal Attorney.
2. Californian Notaries also can NOT Notarize photographs or COPIES of documents such as: Copy of Academic records, Copy of Birth Certificates.
